Kunos announces a new project coming in 2012
« on: 16 December 2011, 20:39:09 »

Kunos Simulazioni is a software house specialized in developing driving simulations mainly for the Windows platform. The company started in 2005 as a one man show, and now involving various professional figures, capable of producing the required technology that satisfies different requirements: from professional training software for drivers and racing teams, to promotional channel for companies, to advanced videogame dedicated to sim.racers looking for a driving model with maximum realism.
Kunos Simulazioni was born with the main objective to deliver to the market an advanced version of freeware project "netKar", but it then developed into a structure able to cover several fields in virtual racing.
Today, Kunos Simulazioni is active in the virtual driving sector offering a proprietary technology strongly focused on realism of dynamics models.

I think que future game name will be  Assetto Corsa

assettocorsa.it is already register by Stefano Casillo

Software "Assetto Corsa" - EVOTEK SYM wrote:Main features

DirectX 11 graphics engine
Multisample sound engine
Advanced physics engine
Advanced tyre math model
Support for professional data analisys through AIM-SportLine software

The tracks have been reproduced in order to guarantee not only a fine
degree of technical training, but also to allow drivers to exploit any
type of car to its maximum performance, be that in testing, or online.
3D objects, surfaces and layout have been generated to re-create a truly
immersive environment for racing. The Laserscan Technology guarantees
the highest degree of fidelity respect the real counterparts.

The vehicles have been modelled using accurate telemetry data and
engineering consultancy from their real-world counterparts. Their
behaviour has been tested by professional racing drivers and race
engineers to guarantee ultimate realism. The physics engine manages a
considerable amount of data, such as tyre temperature, chassis torque,
weight distribution, suspension geometry, wheelbase, track, braking
system characteristics and so on, in order to generate one  of the most
appreciated precision  experienced in a simulator.

Assetto Corsa’s engine features dynamic tyre surfaces which change
not only in behaviour but also in visual appearance as more and more
track miles are added to their carcasses, when dirt build up occurs on
the tyre. With the tyre’s visible appearance changing to reflect these
changes, not only will the driver feel the differences but also will be
able to see it, giving a whole new dimension to tyre management in
simulated motorsports.
