Rules - Forum usage
To use this Forum you must comply with these rules. If you disagree with them you can always ask to unsubscribe from this forum through a personal message to an Admin.
It is understood by Member or User, a person who has registered, so you can use the forum in an active or passive way. No registration is required to view the forum, however it is necessary to be able to participate.
Only one registration is allowed per person (user). If users are detected clones already registered they will be punished.
The use of XtremeRPM Forum is a privilege, not a law, so Users must comply with the rules, which aim to ensure the smooth operation of the forum and create a system of equality for all members.
1. Rights and duties
All Users have the same rights and duties regardless the hierarchy they have on the forum.
Users are free to express their points of view as they wish and understand about the subject they see fit. Nevertheless, it is not allowed on forum (in any form - by text, image or any other means):
Pornography (images explicit, sexual organs, links, etc.. (Images of eroticism are allowed));
Xenophobia / racism / violence (and / or promotion of same) / pedophilia;
Pyramid schemes to obtain any benefits;
It should also be taken of the Portuguese and EU legislation, especially regarding the protection of copyright.
It is up to Users to do the number of posts per day they see fit, however there will be supervision by the moderators to keep the number of messages without any interest (SPAM). If a user abuses the spam, the moderators will be notified in order to correct their behaviour.
The User is also being encouraged to write correctly in a readable form for all other users.
If the User relapse in behaviours that go against the forum rules, then it will be suspended or banned from the forum.
The posts are placed by Users for public consultation for all members, and become the property of XtremeRPM, being integrated in the database forum. The posts are not deleted even if it is required to account deletion by the user.
It is advisable not to overuse smilies, and incessant, line breaks, colours, and font size too large. The more "complicated", it becomes more confusing text, just harder to read. Make things as simple as possible.
If the post was unreadable, can be edited by members of staff, with regard
the formatting, not its contents.
4. Limitation of Liability
As this forum is public nature, XtremeRPM will not be responsible for contents or the way Users apply the information described herein.
5. Creating threads (threads)
The threads should be created within the appropriate forum. In the event of any board match the theme of your post, it should be put in the General forum. The Moderators can change the placement of the post to a forum that is most suitable.
6. Respect for others
Posts are not allowed to contain slang, verbal abuse, personal injury to Users under any circumstances, even to respond to less dignified behaviour by another "User". If this happens, a Report must be sent to the moderator.
Behaviour of this kind may lead to expulsion from the forum. If a User feels aggrieved should immediately report the situation to a staff member. Any user of this forum for any reason to insult another user will be banned from this forum. The same applies to a user that responds to insults with insults (the right action when being yelled at is to make a report to the post instead of responding).
7. Use the search
Should not be placed threads with questions or matters already equal to existing topics (before creating a new topic should first look if the subject has been treated).
In the case of topics with the same content, the staff may close depending on the existing content (with due reasons) or move the topic repeated.
8. Promotion of other sites
Should not be promoted commercial sites, yet it is perfectly permissible to promote new products that have to do with simulation, directly or indirectly. It is also allowed to talk about any store / commercial site, provided that in order to get promotion / advertising free.
It is not allowed to promote websites or forums for commercial purposes without first obtaining permission from the Staff Forum, which should always be requested by the Staff personal message before placing any thread for this purpose.
This rule applies not only to threads or posts, but the signatures and avatars.
If you want to advertise events of other communities send a personal message to any member of Staff / Admin to request authorization.
The moderators of this forum reserve the right to delete or modify any post / thread that disrupts the stability of it and that goes against the rules of the forum. PM will not be sent to the User on the ground, however it may be requested by the Moderator via User Message.
All members are asked to consider any matter that someone less well resolved by the staff, to please make their exposure to an administrator.
11. Specific rules for Forums
Each forum can have individual rules, these will be in a sticky thread in the relevant forum. These rules should be considered as an addition to the above rules.
12. Signatures, avatars and user names
The Users must respect the rules of the signatures and avatars to make the forum more "readable" for everyone. Keep in mind that the most important is the content of posts / topics and not the signature / avatar.
Any user name, avatar or signature that is slang, pornographic or intentionally provocative will be changed or deleted by staff without notice.
Signatures that are clearly abusive to these limits will be deleted without notice and will be posted a message, "edited by XtremeRPM."
In case of abuse of the use of signatures the user can be prevented from using them.
Rules of the signatures are indicative, not erased signatures that do not exactly meet these limits, provided they remain within reasonable limits and common sense.
The rules of the avatars is set in the proper configuration of the Forum, it is not possible to pass these limits.
Signatures or avatars that make explicit advertising to commercial sites that have nothing to do with the nature of the Forum, or is clearly an attempt to attract customers, will be deleted without notice, and the User can be banned (in case of recidivism).
User name (nickname)
Are names of websites and / or company names;
Are site addresses;
Are e-mail addresses;
Be an attempt to impersonate another user already registered;
13. Hierarchy of Users Forum.
Administrator: User responsible for managing the Global Forum.
Staff: User responsible for managing part of the forum.
Moderator: Moderating User with a capacity of one or more forums.
Member: User with the possibility to participate
Guest: Guest of the forum without the possibility of participating in any forum without the ability to view some forums.
This forum is governed by common sense of its users. Any user who attempts to deliberately circumvent the rules for their own benefit or to harm the Forum will be immediately warned, and could result in expulsion.
15. Race Incidents
As this forum is based on common sense, all incidents within the game servers are not to be discussed at the Forum. There will always be a way to make your complaint if you think that was damaged during a race. Disobedience at this point will be immediately warned, and if repeatedly leads to expulsion.
Please note that non-compliance with any of the rules will be grounds for sanctions, which can range from a warning to the restriction access to one or more forums, or even the temporary or permanent BAN Forum.
All Users must comply with the rules on the forum without exception.
